Single-family housing project inserted in a subdivision, consisting of three volumes developed on one floor, underground garage and a swimming pool in the outdoor space facing south.
The central body articulates the communication between the latter two and establishes access to housing. The design of the house is characterised by the image of the traditional combined with the modern.
The colour is essentially marked by pastel tones and the third volume by the use of white, causing some contrast in the image of the set. Limestone is also used to line the surrounding walls.
